NXL’s Survey Division has won its first prime contract in Colonial Heights! The City of Colonial Heights On-Call contract consists of three different projects: The Appomattox Trail Project, The Fairfax and Meridian Roads Project, and the Bruce Avenue Phase 3 project. NXL is performing all necessary research, field survey work, geotechnical services, wetlands delineation, and environmental assessment studies. NXL is also performing Global Positioning System (GPS) control/location surveys, property boundary determination and research, deed research and record analysis, topographic surveys, site as-built surveys, route surveys, construction control and layout, title certification, aerial survey control, site plan preparation, expert witness, and other similar services, as needed.
