NXL is providing on-call survey support and mapping services for URS Corporation to assist with the expansion of the Richmond International Airport. As Program Managers for the Capital Regional Airport Commission, URS is responsible for oversight and management of the design and construction at the airport terminal, approach roadways including upgraded signage, and drainage.
NXL has assisted URS by providing topographic surveys and utility designation for expansion of the existing concourse for security purposes. NXL employees have acquired the necessary security clearance and training for work within the airport boundaries. NXL has also conducted topographic surveys and mapping for drainage design on the internal airport roadway system.
